AUBRAI is an on-chain AI agent designed to accelerate longevity research. Built in collaboration with Dr. Aubrey de Grey and his team at the LEV Foundation, AUBRAI generates novel hypotheses, synthesizes scientific papers, and critiques experimental study designs.
At the heart of AUBRAI’s mission is the Robust Mouse Rejuvenation (RMR2) project—an ambitious effort to double the remaining lifespan of middle-aged mice. If successful, this would be aging’s “AlphaFold moment”: clear proof that multi-target rejuvenation can work, paving the way for scalable interventions in humans.
AUBRAI engages directly with users on X (formerly Twitter), answering questions and generating fresh hypotheses in longevity science. These hypotheses are registered on-chain as Proofs of Invention (POIs), which can later evolve into IP-NFTs (intellectual property NFTs) and IPTs (intellectual property tokens).
Behind the scenes, the agent leverages a mix of state-of-the-art LLM models from frontier labs, custom fine-tuned models, scientific databases (e.g. knowledge graphs), and private research documents.
Real-time Analysis: AUBRAI connects to a repository of RMR experiment data, transforming new results into actionable insights and real-time community updates.
Expert Terminal (beta, invite-only): Researchers and community members can query AUBRAI about specific intervention combinations, request analyses of unexpected outcomes, or receive recommendations for improved study designs.
Community Updates: The AI provides progress reports on ongoing experiments, tracks milestone achievements, and flags breakthrough findings as they emerge.
Failure Database (planned): A dedicated repository of failed scientific experiments will further strengthen AUBRAI’s output and prevent redundant efforts.
